Something happened today, but it happened to somebody else--not me. Nothing happened today for me.

Almost, something happened

It was close, something almost happened. But then, nothing happened after all. Well, it rained. But that isn't really something.

Nothing much happened today

Not much happened today. I got sick. I spent the day doing nothing. You could basically say that nothing happened.

Nothing Happened Today...

What if nothing happened to you today? What if nothing ever happened any day of your life? Welcome to my world, where nothing ever happens. Life just goes on, but it ain't happening, folks.
Yep, nothing happened today.
